I&#039;ve come to really love Growl. Since we use IM at work very often, seeing chats without switching window focus is invaluable. 

As for Quicksilver, I&#039;d love to see how it saves you time and how you do what you do with it. I used it for a day and didn&#039;t see what all the fuss was about. I use &lt;a href=&quot;http://amarsagoo.info/namely/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Namely&lt;/a&gt; to launch my apps since it uses less resources and that&#039;s all I was doing with Qs anyway.
